Who Am I?

Hello! I'm John Diver!

I am a professional guitar teacher and musician offering one-to-one lessons in Whalley Range, Manchester.

I teach all genres of music, music theory and music production. I also teach both acoustic and electric guitar.

• 14+ Years Teaching Experience.
• I specialises in teaching beginners & intermediates of all ages.

I am passionate about improving a students understanding and knowledge of music as a whole, as well as the guitar!

Always starting from whatever music the student loves, becoming comfortable with that, and then pushing into new territory, all a bit at a time. I am trained in all aspects of guitar playing but I also specialise in teaching students the basics of specific genres, use of effects/loop setups, home recording and songwriting.

As well as teaching I also run a bi-monthly local music night called - Brume.

Which released a Visual + Audio mix of 26 eclectic artists from the Manchester Scene.
